1. Four Views Display System Bootstrap

Build the four display views as responsive HTML — desktop, iPad, iPhone. Kurt can't govern what he can't see.

2. Weekend Batch Automation Queue Planning

Build a high-conviction queue of autonomous Sonnet sessions for the weekend. Family time — sessions must be fully specified before end of day Thursday.

3. Challenge Mechanism Intelligent Pushback Operationalization

Lock down the pushback gradient — the system's own immune system for challenging its decisions. Gate 1 property: the hosting plan gets designed with the challenge mechanism already baked in.

Why before hosting: "Intelligent pushback at every level comes before hosting."  ·  Size: Tight 2-session DES→BLD.
4. Go Live Hosting Migration (AWS)

Migrate Athena to AWS. GitHub Actions CI/CD, Lambda/ECS, EventBridge scheduling, CloudWatch monitoring. Does NOT block views.

Depends on: #3 (pushback operationalized).  ·  Audience rollout: Kurt → family → friends → Northslope → Forge → world.
5. Marvin Wakes Up Marvin Standup
○ QUEUED

Google Calendar API access as first operational capability. BullMQ/Redis architecture, two-switch model, three-channel notifications.

Depends on: #4 (hosting).  ·  Sequence: Bulk data ingest → context router optimization.
6. Voice Two-Way Voice Sync

Gate 3 optimization (faster input/output). Doesn't unlock any Gate 2 capability. Dispatch just launched — tooling immature.
